WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
Due to the nature of Hungry Hill's products, we are not able to accept returns on products. If there is a manufacturer defect, and you would like to use your warranty please reach out to the manufacturer for replacements. If you would like help reaching out to the appropriate party, please email Hungry Hill Supply directly.
ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS?
Customers who subscribe to our emails and newsletters receive a discount coupon in the correlated email. Join Hungry Hill Supply's loyalty program to receive extra discounts and coupons on LED grow lights & supplies straight to your account.
DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?
At this time we do not have a site wide customer referral program. Customers can enjoy an individual discount by subscribing to Hungry Hill Supply's email list or joining our loyalty program. For large order referrals Hungry Hill Supply would need to examine on a case by case basis.
